Mindfulness & Coaching



A lot of my clients are expats from all around the world: Poland, Moldavie, Britain, France…you name it. I love meeting all these different people; getting to know different unique cultures (which in part shape and form us) and also seeing so clearly our common humanity.


I am a trained therapist, coach and mindfulness- and compassion trainer and I have a practice in The Hague and Haarlem.




Mindfulness in English


I offer English Mindfulness training in groups (click here for more information on the next course in The Hague)  and individual courses.


I also offer coaching, often combined with mindfulness.



Emotional intelligence


Over the last 9 years I have worked with a lot of individuals and also quite a few companies plus government agencies. I enjoy bringing more awareness and emotional intelligence to people’s personal life and the workfloor.


My belief is that people who are doing and feeling well, have so much more to contribute ; to their loved ones and to a business. So a mindfulness course or a coaching proces can be in the best interest of the coachee, the people closest to him/her and also of the work place. Luckily more and more businesses are seeing that also.
